When its comes to a production, timing is key and it’s no question there’s a ring leader in charge. That person acts as the orchestrator,  ensuring logistical perfection. From set up, to event flow and even customer care, their the central point of reference. It’s on their command and instruction that the real magic happens!

Their best friend? The production schedule. Better known as the Wedding Day Timeline!

My friend, your wedding is no exception! From the time you wake, to the moment you wave goodbye, your day’s activities should be beautifully orchestrated.

Now let’s be honest, organization and timing are not always everyones “thing.” But when it’s a matter of make it or break it, I urge you to ponder it’s importance.

  • Timing leads to flow
  • flow affects mood
  • mood determines experience
  • experience makes memories.

How do you want your day remembered?!

While you may not need a production schedule, you’ll surely want a timeline; a master plan of attack directing vendors to “their corners!”  Every nitty, gritty detail should outlined and responsibilities assigned. Your wedding is not the time for assumptions or hoping for the best.

Here at KME, we believe in education and I know, not all you beautiful brides can afford the pleasure of a planner.

The above image is what it should look like when your done!

Do I open this template on adobe, Microsoft word or excel to edit it? Microsoft word stretches it out too much.

I can open the template but I can’t write on it through my computer or copy/paste it into a word document. Am I doing something wrong? I also have a Mac computer, I’m not sure if that makes a difference?
