Through the evolution of this beautiful brand, I had one (of many) challenging tasks, that consumed my being for nearly two weeks!

The challenge was: Is it possible to package all that Kailey-Michelle Events encompasses, in one single editorial shoot?

The answer is yes. I was hesitant to believe it myself, but when the finished product stood gracefully before my eyes, I wept. Tears of joy, relief and  abounding gratitude, for all it took to cross the finish line: Hours of preparation, planning, visioning and mock trials, consumed my ever day. We finally reaped the rewards of our fervent efforts!

It is will absolute pride, that I present to you:

Love in the Garden {a stylized affair}

This here, is the original vision board.
The concept was somewhat simple, but complex in dynamics: to share the story of two hearts through a soft and feminine portrayal.

The couples kindred love for one another must be present and in the for-front, through a genuine and authentic approach. After all, such love, is where it all begins and binds such a story together. The reader must feel the all consuming aura of our couple and relate to such sensations, both passionate and playful. The images must invite the reader in, to land of realistic fairy-tales and fantasies.

When it came to the design, I wanted something classically elegant, with whimsical flair: a tables cape reminiscent of our lady-like grandmothers, who put careful thought into every detail and finishing. And to introduce a touch of whimsy: sophisticated home-grown accents in stationary and craft. The overall goals, was a magical garden setting that would bring the reader to a place of peace and grace, yet feel like an honorary guest, worthy of the best china and treatment.

In the end, my every expectation was outshone!

There are so many fabulous people who helped bring my vision to life, with their incredible talents and beautiful hearts. It was such a pleasure to work with individuals who share my intense passion for this industry and I couldn’t have imagined a better collaboration of hearts!
